Unique cuisine from nature
Since 2010, Hoan Hy has taken the harder road in Saigon's vegetarian scene: the “Thiền vị” (Zen flavor) school, cooking with vegetables, fruits and fresh mushrooms, never imitation shrimp or meat. Fifteen years on, the little restaurant on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia has grown a second home in Nha Trang, and its 80-dish menu still keeps one promise: unique cuisine from nature.
